In a constantly changing world, developing a skilled workforce prepared for the challenges of the technical and technological fields has been a priority for many years. With a labor market in search of young tradespeople, professionals, and highly qualified specialists, the development of dual education has become a necessity.
In this context, the National University of Science and Technology Politehnica București, in partnership with local authorities, educational institutions, and 14 partner companies or relevant economic operators in their fields of activity—including CTE Trailers—have joined forces to create a safe and promising future for young people in the region. This initiative aims to redefine the educational landscape in the Bucharest-Ilfov region and takes shape through the project “Campus dual Politehnica București.”

Currently, we support three classes of future mechanics with scholarships, courses, and personal development activities, providing them with practical experience and helping them realize their human and professional potential.

CTE Trailers brings significant resources to the project through its modern commercial vehicle maintenance and repair workshops, built in 2020, and, above all, the experience of its professional team. The company offers state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, as well as hands-on opportunities for students, working alongside CTE Trailers specialists. Through mentorship programs and personal development events, we offer constant support to young people, helping them develop their skills and plan their careers. CTE Trailers’ involvement in this ambitious project – “Campus dual Politehnica București” – ensures students a complete educational journey, empowering them to pursue further studies in higher education according to their aspirations and intellectual needs.
